Rental Policy

When making reservations with us we will make every effort to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable one.

Our units are housekeeping units. We provide sheets, pillows and blankets, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee pots and toasters. Each unit has a color television. We provide limited maid service every other day. It includes fresh towels and supplies (paper towels, bathroom tissue, dish soap, bar soap and trash bags.)
You are responsible for doing your own dishes, and taking out the trash. We guarantee the availability of your unit for the number of days you reserved and you are financially responsible for the length of the reservation you have made. We are not able to guarantee weather, fishing or skiing conditions. We are aware personal problems arise prior to or during your stay. We do understand, but a refund will be issued ONLY if your unit can be re-rented for your reservation time.

Two (2) night deposit required within seven (7) days of making your reservation. Full payment due thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Holiday Periods.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival, 30 days prior for all Holiday Periods. All cancellations will be charged a $20.00 bookkeeping fee. Each extra persone over age two will be charged a $10 a night fee.

Office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CHECK-IN-TIME is after 4:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT-TIME IS 10:00 a.m. If you arrive after 5:00 p.m. an envelope with your name on it will be left outside our front door in the blue box.

NO PETS ALLOWED! NO EXCEPTIONS.
